Welcome to JuanChurch. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering or using the JuanChurch platform. By creating an account, registering a church, or accessing any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use JuanChurch.
1. About JuanChurch
JuanChurch is a cloud-based church management platform that helps small to mid-sized Christian churches manage their members, households, ministries, finances, and services. Each registered church receives its own subdomain (e.g., gracechapel.juanchurch.com) and a private admin panel accessible only to authorized church administrators.
2. Eligibility
You may use JuanChurch if:
- You are at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to act on behalf of a church or organization.
- You are registering on behalf of a legitimate Christian church or ministry.
- You have the authority to agree to these terms on behalf of your church.
JuanChurch reserves the right to refuse or revoke access to any account that does not meet these conditions.
3. Account Registration
When you register a church on JuanChurch, you create an Admin account associated with your church. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete registration information.
- Keeping your password confidential and secure.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access at hello@juanchurch.com.
Each church subdomain is unique and cannot be transferred to another church or organization after registration.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
JuanChurch offers the following plans:
Free Trial (30 days)
All new churches start with a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required
to start. At the end of the trial, your account is automatically moved to the Free plan.
Free Plan
The Free plan is always available at no charge, but with the following restrictions:
- Maximum of 100 members
- Finance module is read-only (no new transactions or fund categories)
- Announcements module is disabled
Paid Plan — ₱299/month
The Paid plan unlocks all features with higher limits (up to 500 members). Billing is monthly.
You may cancel at any time. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
Plan upgrades and downgrades are managed by our team. To upgrade, contact us at hello@juanchurch.com or use the upgrade option inside your admin panel.
5. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms and Conditions.
- You use the platform for unlawful or harmful purposes.
- Your account remains unpaid past the grace period on a paid plan.
- We determine, at our sole discretion, that continued access poses a risk to other users or the platform.
Suspended accounts are redirected and cannot access the admin panel. You may contact us to appeal a suspension at hello@juanchurch.com.
You may delete your church account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, all data associated with your church will be permanently removed after a 30-day grace period.
6. Your Data and Privacy
JuanChurch stores member data (names, contact details, birthdays, ministry assignments, and financial giving records) that your church enters into the platform. You, as the church administrator, are the data controller. JuanChurch acts as a data processor on your behalf.
You are responsible for:
- Obtaining the consent of your church members before entering their personal information.
- Informing your members that their data is stored on a third-party platform.
- Complying with applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction (including the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, Republic Act No. 10173, where applicable).
We do not sell or share your church's member data with third parties. For full details on how we collect, process, and protect your data, please see our Privacy Policy.
7. Data Ownership
All member records, financial data, event information, and other content you enter into JuanChurch remain the property of your church. JuanChurch does not claim ownership over any data you input.
You may request an export of your data at any time by contacting hello@juanchurch.com.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use JuanChurch to:
- Store or distribute illegal content.
- Harass, threaten, or harm any individual.
- Impersonate another person or organization.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other churches' data or the platform's systems.
- Use automated tools to scrape, mine, or extract data from the platform.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the JuanChurch platform.
- Use the platform for commercial purposes beyond managing your own church.
9. Public Event Pages
When you publish an event and mark it as public, a shareable page is generated at your church subdomain (e.g., gracechapel.juanchurch.com/events/sunday-service). This page is accessible to anyone with the link and may be indexed by search engines.
You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of all content on public event pages, including preacher names, preaching titles, song lineups, and banner images.
10. Member Mobile App
JuanChurch offers a companion mobile app (the "Member Hub") for church members. The app uses separate app_user accounts (via Google or Facebook login) which are distinct from church admin accounts. App users are subject to these same terms where applicable, as well as any additional terms presented within the mobile app at the time of registration.
11. Intellectual Property
The JuanChurch platform, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by JuanChurch and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for managing your church.
You retain ownership of any content you upload (e.g., logos, banner images). By uploading content, you grant JuanChurch a limited license to store and display that content as part of the service.
12. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to JuanChurch. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages, or events beyond our control may cause temporary downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of planned maintenance.
JuanChurch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JuanChurch and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to JuanChurch in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you via email or a notice in your admin panel. Continued use of JuanChurch after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
